so this one is technically a flower stem picture, but I still thought it was neat. Unedited.

This is the flower that goes along with one of the stems in the first photo. A sunflower! How beautiful.

These are water lilies found in my aunt's pond. desaturated (obviously) and some retouching on the lily pad.

And resaturated (just for you, Maddie!)
There are many many more, and I will work on getting Picasa albums together for all the pictures I'd like to show, but don't have the time/initiative to put them on my blog.

Yay, more flowers! Great job on all of them.... I love the sunflower one. But, why did you desaturate the lily one? The bright colors are what make flowers beautiful. Anyway, i love your photography. ;)
Yay! Saturation! Thanks Laura. Very pretty.... and what's the address for your picasa web albums? I would love a link!
I love the macro pic of the sunflower, its great! the texture of the pedals stands out so much in the full view. Although I'm not sure whether I like the desaturated or the saturated picture better.
Oh, and sorry for not commenting sooner, I have been busy all week, but i will absolutely try to keep up with your photoblog, and I can't wait to see some more recent pictures.
